Ms Orvad is a professional non-executive director and former KPMG partner with a speciality in governance, risk management and internal audit. She brings over 25 years’ experience advising on and transforming board governance, culture, risk and audit programs with ASX listed and global companies (including some of the world’s most recognised brands).
She has held executive roles in the financial services and aviation industries. She is an experienced Board Chair and Audit and Risk Committee Chair with board experience across the property and real estate, education, human services and energy sectors within government and not-for-profit entities.
Ms Orvad is a non-executive director of St George Community Housing and Aspect (Autism Spectrum Australia) and an independent member of the Audit and Risk Committees for NSW Treasury and NSW EnergyCo.
