Community Nursing Program overview

Bolton Clarke is offering a sought-after opportunity for Enrolled Nurses and Registered Nurses to enter our Graduate Program.
Working as part of our Home and Community Support team is rewarding and exciting! It provides clients with the nursing, personal care, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, or social worker support they need to stay well or to recover from a hospital stay or procedure. The Home and Community Support team coordinates care with medical practitioners, other service providers and family members, to achieve the best possible health and wellbeing outcomes.
This may mean visiting a family member’s home, a client’s school or workplace, providing care as and where it is needed.

What does the program involve

  • A flexible, individualised development program
  • Clinical and non-clinical nursing
  • Coaching from experienced Nurses and Registered Nurse Preceptors
  • Targeted continuous professional development
  • Support from Bolton Clarke Nurse Educators
  • Dedicated Graduate Nurse Program Coordinator.

To join the program you will need to

  • Be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA)
  • Be in your first year of clinical practice
  • Have a current police check or able to obtain
  • Have up-to-date COVID-19 and flu vaccinations.

The Residential Aged Care team provide a range of clinical and care services to residents across a variety of practice areas, assisting them to experience a greater level of independence and ensuring their health and wellness are supported.

What does the program involve

  • A flexible, individualised development program
  • Clinical and non-clinical nursing
