The Home and Community Care Program for Younger People provides support to people under the age of 65 experiencing difficulty with daily living activities.
 
The program is funded and managed by the Victorian Department of Health and is available to people under the age of 65, and Aboriginal people under the age of 50 living in the City of Casey.
